Support
Support - the assurance that the project continues to operate as designed. Ok, the project has been skillfully designed and implemented on time and within budget. Here's where we wave goodbye, right? Wrong.

NSCube continues to provide valuable service to the client long after the last PC has been connected to the network. It's our ongoing commitment and desire to remain on our customer's team not only to fine tune and troubleshoot our work and the work of others involved on a project, but to continue to provide guidance and advice about the role of technology in the business strategy and tactics.
  • Negotiations on behalf of the customer for the most appropriate maintenance contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintenance contracts, which can include preventive maintenance, for those products and services provided by NSCube.
  • Participation at agreed upon post-installation project reviews between the customer, vendors/suppliers and NSCube.
    Key Benefits
        · Assurance that our customers get the absolute best possible terms from manufacturers and service providers.
        · Proactive support for preventive maintenance.
        · An addition to your staff that provides strategic and tactical technology knowledge.
The value of any project comes in its day-to-day reliable performance. Proper planning is the beginning, but proper support is where "the rubber meets the road." NSCube customizes its support plans and negotiates with all other vendors and suppliers on behalf of our customers to make sure that all of our projects continue to perform as intended. Consulting
Webster's defines consultant as, "one who gives professional or technical advice." Far be it from us to disagree with such a distinguished publication, but as consultants we provide professional and technical advice to our customers. We see consulting as being comprised of three primary functional areas:
  • Needs analysis - determining what technologies are required to support and/or improve business processes.
  • Design - thorough planning and budgeting for physical and operational characteristics required to meet the determined needs, including conditions for user acceptance.
  • Hardware, software, and service vendors properly and accurately address RFI/RFP/RFQ creation and management - ensuring that the customer needs.
    Key Benefits
        · Unbiased advice since we are not resellers of any manufacturer or supplier
        · Over 30 years of combined hands-on, real world strategic technical planning and implementation
        · An approach that puts "business first and technology second."

Consulting is comprised of three primary tasks that, taken as a whole, establish the foundation and framework for ensuring that a coherent technology strategy is planned and implemented. Those three tasks are:
  • Needs Analysis
  • Project Design
  • Bid Documentation and Management
